NICOLE SMART
Born in Ireland, Nicole was raised in South Africa. Nicole relocated to Muscat, Oman in 2011 and has since played an instrumental role in training Omani nationals and expatriates alike towards the sustainable development of the private sector. She is also a key speaker and trainer in global inter-governmental agencies, working frequently with the United Nations in Geneva.
Nicole has over 20 years of experience, training, facilitating and coaching in the corporate world, specialising in extensive areas of including, Women Empowerment in the Workplace, Advanced Emotional Intelligence, Boardroom Presentation Skills, Executive Confidence, Visibility and Presence.
JACINTA QUAH
A veteran of the technology industry, Jacinta spent over 20 years building and managing geographically diverse teams inside some of the world’s biggest and most successful tech companies. She has held strategic and leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Service Delivery, witnessed first-hand how team performance and individual excellence drive tangible business results.
Jacinta has lived and worked in China, Canada and Malaysia and is now based in Singapore. These years have given her the cultural dexterity to connect authentically with a rich spectrum of people.
Jacinta specializes in coaching high performing leaders and teams to maximize excellence, results, potential and well-being.
Paul Stuart
Paul is Co-founder, Master Facilitator and Senior Director, Client Solutions of Kaleidoskope. After nearly 20 years in the airline industry, he made his foray into consultancy and gained international exposure outside of Europe working on projects in the Middle East.
Having spent nearly 20 years in Asia, Paul is able to integrate global best practices into practical contexts in local cultures. He has trained more than 40 different nationalities in 20 countries. He has a special interest in the areas of Project Management and Leadership, Influencing and Communication.
DR JOHN NG
Dr John Ng has more than 37 years of operational, training and consulting experience in leadership, management, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and project management.
Dr. Ng has delivered and worked with an extensive range of organizations, government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Dr. Ng was instrumental in establishing enterprise-wide project management offices for many global organisations, including the Oversea Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, and has played a key role in planning and managing many strategic initiatives including consulting engagements for the National Library Board and Singapore Police Force.
He continues to travel for work and his engagements have taken him to many countries throughout the ASEAN, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Sri Lanka, Australia, Turkey and Zimbabwe.
