Overview
This programme aims to introduce fundamental skills, tools and techniques needed by professionals to identify and solve problems in an increasingly complex and rapidly-changing business environment. Participants learn how to resolve problems and issues in a more effective and creative manner and apply these approaches to their own real-work problems/situations during the workshops.
