Preventing burn-out (and recovering from it)
Mindfulness practices such as deep breathing, can help restore mental and physical energy levels. These practices are often calming and rejuvenating, aiding in recovery from the exhaustion associated with executive burnout. Daily and consistent practices can help regain improve sleep quality, improve energy levels and overall, the ability to concentrate and focus on tasks, which is often diminished in burnout. This can help individuals gradually return to their previous levels of productivity and engagement.
Our Mindfulness Programmes are intentionally modular and uses a variety of learner engagement to support our leaders, which includes workshops, online sessions, as well as pod, group or one-on-one coaching.
