Yi-Wen has over 10 years’ experience in learning & development, facilitation, consulting and project management. Hailing from Malaysia, she has considerable international exposure having delivered varied learning interventions for clients spanning APAC, EMEA and South America.
Prior to joining Kaleidoskope, Yi-Wen was most recently the lead consultant and customer success manager for an award-winning learning tech organization. She has facilitated a wide-range of learning experiences including large-scale simulations, leadership programmes, management off-sites, and talent programmes. She has 12 years’ of speaking, moderating, and emceeing experience, and is currently pursuing her coaching certification with the International Coaching Federation.

In addition, she is well-versed with learning in the digital era, having helped clients make the transition to impactful virtual and hybrid learning interventions. Most recently during the pandemic, she was responsible for award-winning digital learning solutions and leadership development.
