David is an organisational culture specialist who focuses on Building individual & team capability and effectiveness. He has worked with all levels from graduate to Executive positions, currently focussing on creating new Business models, from visioning to implementation.

He is a highly engaging coach who truly partners with the individual in order to assist clients achieve their goals. He is passionate about building capability and confidence, and understands the importance of aligning human capabilities to key business drivers and imperatives.

David has a very varied background having commenced his career as an elite gymnastics coach (International level). His passion for high performance led him to postgraduate study in the area of high IQ individuals. Further research in the area of elite corporate team performance has resulted in David having worked with local & international organisations in many industries, including Banking & finance, professional services, resources, pharmaceuticals and the public sector.

He has held senior roles in global banks and financial institutions, and often draws on his corporate experience to bring context, and relevance in his training workshops.
