Lily Koh is a Professional Certified Coach, specialising in training/ coaching on Executive Presence (EP), Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Solution Focused Leadership Coaching.
With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, Lily has helped many Asian leaders strengthen their leadership effectiveness using an inside-and-out approach.
Lily’s expertise in EP and EI provides a wholesome approach to transforming leaders firstly in leading themselves before leading their teams. Lily has an innate ability to connect and enhance clients’ self- awareness so as to help them develop their leadership strategies for greater career success. She uses a strength-based Solution Focused approach to help emerging leaders master their minds, emotions and body to achieve sustainable leadership effectiveness.
She has coached diverse audiences including senior leaders, private bankers, legal counsels and medical doctors. Her clients include HSBC, UBS Bank, CIMB, Singapore Legal Associaiton, Sompo Insurance, A*Star, Ministry of Health, Agilent Technologies.
She has also trained regionally in Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and China.
Prior to being a corporate trainer and coach, Lily had a decade-long corporate career in the Information Technology (IT) industry with secondments to Singapore’s Economic Development Board and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She was with IBM Singapore and subsequently lived and worked overseas for 5 years as part of a North Asia acquisition team. Having lived and worked in many countries in North Asia, she brings along a wealth of experience from all over the world.
